Steve Rice has been Metal Detecting for over 20 years. He is a member and past chairman of the South Lancs and Cheshire Metal Detecting Club.

Steve will endeavour to keep everyone up to date with his finds (and other members' finds) as well as the hobby in general. He is also a keen Coin Collector and Historian and will keep you upto date with this also.

FUN RALLY
Sunday 13th August 2006
11.00 start
4 x Competitions Free Children's events
Adults £10 per detector
Young Adults, 12 and under, £5.00 per detector
A27, Ashcombe, near Lewes East Sussex
(Direction signs will be put out on the day)

v Fee includes all detecting competitions and normal detecting area

v Prizes for all competitions

v Raffle prizes

v Toilets

v Tombola stall

v All natural Finds to be recorded by BDMDC and/or FLO for Sussex

v Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead

v Donation will be made to the farmer's chosen charity

v All holes must be back filled and left tidy, failure to comply will result in expulsion

v All competitions do not require hole digging, all tokens/keys etc hidden on the surface

v No large spade or forks allowed

v No arrivals before 09:00 please

v Area set aside for normal detecting
