Metal Detecting - a few days away!!

Okay I was feeling depressed. I don’t know why but I just couldn’t be bothered doing anything. I even found it difficult getting out of the house. As for work this was a big no no. I think it was this which brought it on in the first place. I went to the doctors and he signed me off work with depression. He also stated the importance of getting out of the house.
